Warren Power Attachments Limited Warranty Policy

The following information is a guideline for warranty claims regarding Warren Power Attachments.

Terms of the limited warranty:

Warren Power Attachments warrants that its products, and parts thereof, will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warren Power Attachments makes no other warranty expressed or implied.

The term of warranty shall be 1 year after the product has been delivered to the end user.

Repairs Not Covered By Limited Warranty:

• Problems caused by contamination of hydraulic oil, grease, or other fluids.
• Problems caused by incorrect or insufficient maintenance.
• Problems caused by operating the tool in a mode exceeding that of stated design specifications.
• Problems caused by foreign materials introduced into system.
• Problems caused by any modifications to the unit that was not approved by Warren Power Attachments.
• Problems caused by the use of parts or accessories other than genuine Warren products or approved equals.
• Problems that were evidently incurred during transportation of this product.
• Cosmetic changes in coatings or plating which develop over time.
• Problems caused by neglect of correct operation

Except as provided herein, no employer, agent, dealer or other person is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on the behalf of Warren Power Attachments.
